Our story
Tim Ledbetter, the visionary behind Momentum Homes, hails from Burns Flat, Oklahoma, where his passion for developing and enriching Western Oklahoma took root. A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Business, Tim’s entrepreneurial spirit ignited at the young age of 18 when he began his career selling books door-to-door. This experience sparked his interest in construction, which blossomed as he worked alongside his father on various projects around the farm. Today, Tim channels that early passion and dedication into creating exceptional homes that reflect the heart and soul of our community.

Tim Ledbetter’s philosophy is simple yet profound: he builds every home as if it were his own. “My goal is to create quality houses at a reasonable price—homes that I would be proud to move into,” Tim explains.
