I, Laura Kershner, have had the pleasure of renting from All Saints Properties, Building with Momentum Homes, and being employed by both on and off for the past 8 years. With all the experience I have of the ins and outs of Mr. Ledbetters businesses, I can honestly say I have nothing but positive words to say about how he carries himself in such a professional manner.
As far as renting from All Saints Properties, it was nothing but a pleasure to be a tenant of his. He is always prompt with any issues or concerns we have, is respectful towards us, and takes care of his homes and tenants to the best of his ability.
When it comes to building a home with him, he was there for every step of the process. Tim was always honest and up front about the cost and his opinions were very helpful when deciding to add necessary or unnecessary amenities. We had weekly progress meetings and at times would talk daily about the status of our build. He was so respectful of our wants/needs and made sure our home was exactly what we wanted, at a price we could afford, and was completed in a very timely manner.
As an employee, I have had the pleasure of working one on one with multiple of his clients, while also helping complete quotes, contracts, and much more for many of these clients. While in this role I was able to see how seriously Tim takes his job, how prompt he is with all customers, how informative and how honest he is throughout the entire process.
